Eastern Trading Company is a simulation of teams representing different countries trading commodities with one another to maximize profits. The simulation will involve experiential learning and self-directed learning approach to uncover the knowledge and skills. Guided by an experienced consultant, the simulation will allow participants to experience the real challenges in building effective work relationships.

The Experience: Participants will buy, sell or even barter trade on their desired commodities with the expectation of the price to rise based on the information they gather. Teams will have to learn to build trust with other teams and effectively negotiate their trade to gain profits at the same time maintaining relationships. They will learn how to manage transparency and the inherent risks to ensure business objectives are met.
Target: Teams from different departments, Project Teams, Managers, Sales or Business Development Teams & Senior Management.

Grazeville Farm
Grazeville Farm is a uniquely engaging, fast paced experiential learning game involving 3 to 5 players. Players are to manage their livestock and their natural resources while still aiming to grow their business profits. Watch out… there are market and environmental conditions that will challenge decisions and agreements.

The Experience: Growth is the cornerstone of a business’ success. In Grazeville Farm, individuals or teams will manage a farm of livestock. Faced with the dilemma of growing the business or considering for the wellbeing of others; the game experience mirrors the usual challenges of personal interest vs. team’s well-being. The pressures and temptation are felt and needs to be managed accordingly.
Target: Grazeville Farm is suitable for corporate training programs as well as children as young as ten. It can be a great classroom tool to discuss the economic theory of ‘tragedy of the commons’. It is also an excellent team effectiveness and leadership training game.

Temple of Doom
Temple of Doom takes participants through an expedition to recover the Lost Jewels of Moche from the jungles of Peru. Participants take the role of a team of explorers who will brave the elements of nature and terrain to recover the jewels from the mysterious Temple of Doom.
